Foto & Fable

Welcome to Foto & Fable. By using our website and services, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms of Service outlined below. These terms govern the use of the website and form a binding agreement between you and Foto & Fable.

Ordering

Orders placed through the Foto & Fable website are subject to confirmation and acceptance. If you provide a valid email address at the time of purchase, we will confirm receipt of your order by email. Use of the site is limited to individuals capable of entering legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Orders may only be combined for children attending the same school. We do not permit the mixing of orders for children from different schools.

Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product and pricing information on the site is accurate. However, errors may occur, and in the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders. In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded in full. All prices displayed relate to the complete package of items described.

Cancellation of Orders

As the nature of our products involves the production of individually customised photographs, orders cannot generally be cancelled once the production process has begun. If you wish to cancel, you must contact us immediately after placing your order to enquire whether cancellation is possible. Foto & Fable reserves the right to determine whether an order has been processed and whether cancellation is permissible. No refunds or exchanges will be given, if the order has been correctly produced according to the details provided by you at the time of ordering

Incorrect or Missing Orders

If any product is delivered in a defective condition, such as a damaged print or faulty frame, Foto & Fable will replace it with an identical item. If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued. Notification of such defects must be made within fourteen days of delivery. If an order is missing from the school delivery note, we will reproduce it without additional charge, provided we are notified within fourteen days of the main delivery. Claims made after this period may be subject to reproduction charges.

Late Orders

Orders placed after the official deadline may still be accepted, but an additional fee of AED 15 per order will apply. Late orders will usually be delivered to the school reception within three to four weeks, depending on the season.

Payment

By providing credit card details, you confirm that the information is accurate and that the card lawfully belongs to you. Foto & Fable does not store any credit card information. Payments are processed securely through PCI DSS-compliant third-party providers, and we are not responsible for breaches outside our own systems.

Class and Group Photos

Class and group photographs are available only in printed form and will not be released in digital format. This policy is part of our child protection measures and is designed to safeguard children from unauthorised online distribution.

Delivery

Orders may be delivered either to the school or, where available, to a home address at additional cost, depending on school policy. Orders are normally produced after payment and delivered within four weeks. Once orders have been dispatched, Foto & Fable is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier or postal services. Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be made within fourteen days of the expected delivery date.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with photo proofs, you may contact our customer service team for assistance. Any other complaints, comments, or suggestions should also be addressed to our customer service department. Complaints relating to delivered orders must be made within fourteen days of receipt so that we may attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

Prohibited Actions

When using the site, you may not transmit material that encourages unlawful activity, interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the site, break applicable laws, disrupt networks or websites connected to the site, or copy, transmit, or store copyrighted material without permission.

General Clauses

Foto & Fable may amend these Terms of Service at any time without notice. The version published on the website at the time of your use will be the version that applies. Foto & Fable is a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

All content on this site, including text, photographs, images, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights. The name “Foto & Fable” and related logos are trademarks of KNH Photomoments LLC. Access to the site does not grant any licence or right to use these marks or content except as expressly authorised for personal shopping purposes.
